One portal for all customers

See controllers and routers for UniCloudDoes the customer’s IT need to open ports in the firewall?
No. The PLC or router connects out to UniCloud itself, so neither a fixed IP address nor port forwarding is required.
What if the customer doesn’t want the machine on their network?
Fit a Unitronics 4G router (UCR) in the cabinet. The machine then has its own connection, independent of the customer’s IT – and the router has a firewall and VPN.
Does it work with Vision and Samba machines?
Vision Enhanced and Samba connect via a Unitronics router as gateway – Jazz is on its way. UniStream connects directly. Other TCP/IP devices behind the router (drives, cameras, PC) can also be reached with remote access.
What does it cost?
Subscription per machine for 1, 3 or 5 years. UniStream C models include 5 years of Start-Up, and there is a free trial of up to 3 months per organisation. Call for a complete quote.
Can customers see their own machines?
Yes. Create the customer as an organisation with its own users and dashboards – they see only their own machines, and you decide what they can do.
