Enquiries and project requests

When you write to us, we process the information you provide, e.g. name, company, e-mail, phone and project description. The purpose is to answer and follow up on your enquiry. The legal basis is GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) (steps prior to entering into a contract) and (f) (our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries). The form is sent to us as an e-mail via our hosting provider; the website does not store the information. We delete the enquiry when it is no longer relevant. If it leads to a sale, records are kept in accordance with the Danish Bookkeeping Act.

Hosting

The website is hosted by a hosting provider that, as data processor, may record technical log data, e.g. IP address, for operation and security.

Cookies and local storage

We use no cookies for statistics or marketing. Your project list and your comparison choices are stored only locally in your browser, because you chose to use the feature. They are not sent to us, and you can delete them by emptying the list or clearing your browser data.

Videos

Embedded videos are only loaded from YouTube (Google) when you click play. After that, Google’s privacy policy applies.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability. Write to us to exercise your rights. You can complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet).
